That was one of the better additions I will admit, its when you have things like the lucky egg being handed to you that I will argue gen 5 is the easiest Pokemon has been.

With the versions being X and Y and the Japanese logo having a DNA double helix in it, I think genes/chromosomes/whatever are going to play a big part of the theme.

BW2 are easier than B/W for sure, but even the those had a lot of changes to make things easier. One thing I do remember is that Ghetsis gave me a lot more trouble on White compared to Iris on White 2 (who was a pretty pathetic champion).
