Well, the episode turned out to be fairly predictable, but still enjoyable. The biggest surprise for me was that Nem was not only in a coma, but also kidnapped by Nox. Incidentally, this is also a sign that the show (at least at this point) is committed to the concept of good versus evil, without introducing third factions. As for the rest, Baku was very lucky that President Bijogi remembered his dream. I'm not against that, but in this case, it was done to fit the story into two episodes. Also, the characterization of the president himself seemed different to me than the one shown in the previous episode.
Minami was also present during her brother's conversation with the president, so she should at least have assumed that Baku's dream is something more than just lucid dreaming. Although, recalling Takahashi's previous works, one might expect selective deafness and amnesia from his characters.
I also can't help but mention the destruction of the giant brain. Cool.
The next episode promises to be a more detached story, dedicated to cooking and biological weapons. We'll see how it goes.
P.S. Also, I think the show was right to emphasize the dog silhouette in the presidential building. Considering Minami works there, I'm sure this stranger will make a name for himself.
