Quality is not strictly better, they are very much equal. Ryuki isn’t complete either; you still need Dragreder to get all the accessories.

For someone just starting out, Seihou should not be a priority, especially nowadays were the mainline figures are just as good.

Try some at your own leisure @kamen rider Q, but don’t expect a whole different level of an experience. The first years of Seihou releases were game changers but the difference is not as noticeable anymore.

Also, I agree on all your points regarding Zeztz, it’s a fantastic release.
