Out of those 3, the only show I've watched is Jiraiya and yeah, it is cool, you should watch it.

Winspector, Solbrain and GoGo V are all similar in their focus on rescue, the idea that people's lives are the Earth's future and each of them are great shows in their own right. The main difference is GoGo V has the typical kaijin fights like you'd expect from Sentai, compared to Rescue Heroes having various criminals and insightful commentary on what drives humans to commit crimes.
