It makes sense in the fact that some of these people seem a bit different than they do in reality. Probably the most would be Zero, since in his robot form, he honestly seemed like an ok guy at first until he's reintroduced in the flesh in episode 24 & is about as detached as 3. Then, it kinda varies, but the only one I can even tell a difference with is 3, who's still emotionally detached from things, but he's shown in the last episode to be hesitant when it comes to the CODE: Somnia stuff. Nox is kinda in the middle where I can see him acting more like your typical bad guy being the result of Baku's perspective, but he's also resentful of how CODE treated him when he needed them the most, so I still see the way he treated Baku as being what you'd expect from him. Him being vague is also retroactively something that makes more sense when you know about The Lady & the fact that she keeps tabs on the dreams.

Where it doesn't make sense is everything else right up until the last 2 episodes before 3 shoots Baku. Everyone else acts either like you'd expect, or how they do in reality. Even the other people Baku never met before the Zeztz stuff. How Baku would influence anyone outside of Minami in such a way that's accurate to how they are irl when he's never met them doesn't make a ton of sense.

I will say, though, that I don't know if The Lady in reality would launch an all-out attack on CODE HQ as soon as Nem wakes up. Even with the help of the Nightmares she has, it comes off as strategically not great given CODE is made up of people who hunt these things for a living.

I think Zero in the premonition dream was playing favorites with Baku because of whatever attachment he has to Zeztz or Baku as a whole. He was genuinely trying to nurture/support him as an agent.
