This is a great explanation of Evolt's way of thinking. He's a master improviser, who pretends to be a master planner in a "I meant to do that" kind of way that's incredulous when you consider how many variables are out of his control. This might be something that influenced Sento's personality, as he also loves to boast about his genius the same way "Souichi" boasts about his fashion sense. Evolt can be surprised by his own emotions, since he admits emotions are new to him, like when he feels sentimental towards Sento and this causes him to willingly undermine his plans various times. I certainly cannot imagine somebody like Shin Dan Kuroto self-sabotaging like that, as he's an actual master planner, zealously following his own ideals regardless of how others feel and losing his cool when his plans are derailed. Evolt has no such ideals, he just wants to enjoy the novelty of human civilization and see how far he can push the limits until it gets boring. I think he's an intriguing villain for how he is both charismatic and despicable at the same time.
