Teo does seem promising so far, though the cast seems a touch large to me. Kanna and Wataru interest me the most so far. Something that was posted on the official website also caught my attention:

Scenes set at Meishin University, the main setting of the story, were filmed at Azabu University in Kanagawa Prefecture, which has a veterinary faculty, conducts extensive animal research and care, and has produced the largest number of veterinarians in Japan. The script and classroom scenes were developed and filmed under the supervision of the university president, as well as many professors and faculty members. Audiences can look forward to the immersive scenes with animals, carefully filmed for authenticity.

Sounds like they'll be taking the college and veterenary science parts of the show quite seriously, which I love to see.
