I agree that Agito was certainly a step in the right direction for Heisei Rider, introducing antiheroes, the idea that Riders can fight each other over misunderstandings and a villain faction that targets Agitos but are generally harmless to the average human. Perhaps Project RED is in its Kuuga/Agito stage right now and I'm waiting for that peak Ryuki moment to win my interest.
