What are reasonable prices for carded villain figures?

In terms of villain figures from past shows, I honestly don't know at what prices they should be bought at. What are fair prices? I want to buy/find reasonably priced carded villain figures for sale. Mostly looking for villains from 2000-now such as Kamdor, Moltar, that black lion dude from jungle fury, and maybe a few older guys like Zeo's Silo. Basically whatever grabs my interest.

I haven't really looked through a list of all the villain figures ever made, but I'd be more inclined to buy more recent ones with decent articulation and not the simple arm, arm, leg, leg, neck of most 90's figures.

So far I've done just fine finding villains from rpm-now at retailers.
