One flaw I could see with your suggestion my friend is that people could change their teams last minute after looking at the registration to get an unfair advantage against their opponent. Remember, if you want to use any of these in your team, to be fair to others, only use ONE of them
No Doubles of a Pokémon species- Like no 2 Lucarios in your team. Also if there Trainers on this Forum that Hack there Game with Cheat card are not allowed as in pokemon learning moves they are not maent to know E.G Blastoise knowing Fly

Pokémon can't hold the same item in your team- Only one of your Pokémon can have a certain type of item, like Lucario can be the only one to hold a Leftovers.
