I thought I had read that the actor for Leo and the actress for Trakeena both walked off the set towards the finale filming due to money disputes. But it could very well be during the team-up.

I know there was an issue getting the actor for Leo to do the Forever Red episode, to the point he's digitally inserted during the "group morph" but is absent from every other scene - most notably in the "fist bumps" at the end of the episode (everyone fist bumps except Leo, who is then digitally inserted to the side of everyone). Can't remember if it was a timing issue for filming.

I know Steven Cardenas (Rocky) was contacted but it got lost as he was in mid-move, otherwise he also would have been in the anniversary episode.
