Transformers continuity is complicated. You start off with the four seasons of the original western cartoon. Then Headmasters takes place after season 3, instead of the American season 4. Masterforce is pretty much separated from anything prior, some Headmasters characters are mentioned or cameo, but you can pretty much watch Masterforce as it's own thing. It's also very different than most Transformers seasons, more about humans who becomeTransformers, with a strong focus on characterization. Victory is much more typical Transformers, though through a Japanese Super Robot lense. It's kind of the halfway point between the Transformers franchise and the Brave/Yuusha franchise Takara focused on in the 90s.
Beast Wars is... connected go G1. I don't want to say more, it gets into major spoilers. I'll just say that Beast Wars expects you to be familiar with the major beats of the G1 Cartoon. Beast Machines is a direct sequel to Beast Wars, definitely needs to be watched after. There's also the two Japanese Beast Wars seasons, Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo. I've only seen II, it's alright. Fun, but light on plot. Lio Convoy is great though.
Robots in Disguise (2001)/Car Robots is complicated. In the English version, it's it's own fully separate thing from any other Transformers season, while the Japanese version takes place in the Japanese G1 cartoon timeline, I think sometime after Victory? The JG1 timeline is nuts, though very fascinating.
The Unicron Trilogy is it's own unique thing in both English and Japanese. Only difference is that unlike Cybertron, Galaxy Force wasn't originally intended to be a sequel to Super Link/Energon, so the community between the two isn't as smooth as it is between Armada/Micron Legend and it's direct sequel
After that, anything goes pretty much. Almost every new series since Cybertron has been reboot after reboot. Only exception is what's known as the Alligned continuity family of Prime, Rescue Bots (Academy) and Robots in Disguise (2015). Prime and Rescue Bots take place at the same time, but Rescue Bots was aimed at a much younger audience, and it's plot kept separate from Prime. Robots in Disguise (15) is a sequel to Prime, and takes place at the same time as Rescue Bots Academy, a sequel to Rescue Bots.
I guess it's also worth noting that the Bumblebee movie and the upcoming Rise of the Beasts are prequels to the first five live action movie's, except they may or may not actually be a reboot. It's very vague
