I own Star Wars Rebels and The Mandilorian both on DVD. I just started Star Wars Rebels Series I. I also am on Star Wars - The Mandilorian Series II on DVD. Star Wars Rebels is good honestly and it looks like one worth watching.

The Mandilorian on the other hand feels like it would better be served as a CG Anime series. Plot wise it's decent but not enough to justify connecting to Disney + to see it. Kenobi I might wait for DVD on that one. I would like to see The Bad Batch at some point.
