I enjoyed seeing everybody's increasingly crazy attempts to get "one good strike" on Tarou to make him acknowledge them. Even Sonoi challenged him just for fun, now that he's on they're on good terms. It's always nice to see those two guys interact.
After constantly failing to get the "one good strike", Saruhara and the others exploit Tarou's gullibility with a lie about finding his lost childhood pet kabuto beetle, Gii-chan. Maybe they actually learned from Sonoi's regret here, since they abort at the critical moment, coming to the shared conclusion that a victory in that way would only prove Tarou right that they all suck. Kitou even points out that they were manipulating his feelings for a short-lived animal who would have naturally died after a few months, so he'd definitely be dead after about 10 years. It's a surprisingly good moral that frames Tarou as being in the right while the others let their desire get the better of them. So Jirou isn't the only one with a dark side to watch out for, which means the others have to accept him as a part of the team.
Don Murasame makes his debut here and the first thing he does after being awakened is go back to sleep for most of the episode. When he does wake up, again, his fighting style is pretty cool with how he can dive in to the ground like a shark and reappear unexpectedly, like a ninja. He gives the Donbrothers a hard time for sure.
However, his character isn't anything like I expected at all. He doesn't talk a lot, but he's basically a momma's boy and even his voice sounds kind of young. I've seen some people joking that his true identity might be Kitou's ex-bf, which I found amusing. It seems to be more a case of Kamen Rider Saikou though, where the Ninjark Sword is his true form and Don Murasame is merely an extension. I don't get the feeling like he's an Inoue-type character so far, but maybe that'll get filled in later. It doesn't leave the same first impression that Stacaesar left, but I've learned not to judge by first impressions alone.
