Damn does he look nice. Comes with swappable hands, of course, his Nega Dengasher, as well as some effect parts.

Preorders are starting at 3675 yen, with the figure releasing in May of this year.

This being a web exclusive though, those of us outside of Japan are gonna have to cough up a good chunk of extra change for this guy. Shame too, he is sexy.
