Kamen Rider Ghost: Game de Kaigan is headed to the Nintendo eShop for the 3DS as an exclusive download only title.

No confirmed release date as of yet, but price is 1000 yen

Sweet! Too bad I don't have a Japanese 3DS hooked up to Japanese Wifi in Japan.

Do you need Japanese Wi-Fi for a Japanese 3DS, because I was thinking of ordering a Japanese 3DS Eventually for the Japanese 3DS games I want to play.

I'm using Japanese Wi-Fi with my European 3Ds, so no problem there.
I don't know if you can get Japanese games via the American eShop though. But I think the eShop is localized with the handheld itself.

Edit: Just checked it. Yup, can only acces the European eShop despite being in Japan.
