Okay, I see we really disagree on a lot of points here, but some things are just too wrong or misunderstood to not talk about them.

The series' logic was not broken. Whenever the Ganma appeared and the movie claimed Drive and the others could see them, they were visible. The series suggests that, like Takeru, the Ganma can be visible to humans at will, which was the case for the confrontation at the museum and most confrontations with DaVinci. For the rest, Akari's machine was in use. So no problem here. As for the Density Shift with the sidekicks: Mach had Signal Bikes with him all along. He had them since he first appeared in this movie, after all. As for Spectre, this is never really directly explained, but I do think it was suggested in the last episode of Drive that it doesn't affect Ghost, so apparently if you carry Eyecons it has the same effect as the Shift Cars/ Signal Bikes. As for the bath scene... it's pretty ironic that you had a half-Japanese person with you and didn't get this part Japanese culture. Friends bathing and talking together is actually something you see a lot in anime/manga and so on, because it is perfectly normal. And in this context nudity is no big deal either. The "checking out" part was pretty premature of you guys. I mean, they were talking to each other, of course they would look at each other. And eyes wandering is also normal in a conversation with a Japanese person... As for the rest... yeah, opinions differ, but honestly, for a "review" I found you guys a bit too silly and making too many immature jokes. I think it would be better if you had done the video in a more calm atmosphere and with some more though put into it. |
