I didn't really know which thread I should post this in so I'll just ask this here.

So I've been wondering are Premium Bandai products just stuff that won't sell a lot at retail?

Does the number of pre-orders determine the amount of merchandise produced like for instance: they had an X amount of pre-orders for the Great Cross Dragon would they just make the exact amount of product to fulfill pre-orders or just a little bit more?
