Ignoring the fact they're airing this after the finale, because that makes sense, I tend to skip Ranger Holiday episodes.

I'd love it if this becomes a tradition of the actual final episode being a Christmas special. Especially one with such a lame premise.

Weird that it had the Samurai opening rather than the Super Samurai one...
Powerwing Megazord? Well, I guess its true to MMPR in that even the writers don't seem to know the official names for things. Missing Antonio aside, this wasn't too bad for a clip episode. Seems like it was one final push to sell Mega mode toys more than anything else, because this is the most screen time they've ever had in a single episode. Bulk and Spike bits were reasonably good too. So out of Samurai's four utterly pointless Halloween episodes this ranks second - with Party Monsters being the best and Trickster Treat the worst.
