I believe you are mistaken. Miho Nakamura is played by a 20 year old actress. The idol you have pictured is 16.

Image search her Japanese name (西平風香 ) to find a proper picture.

Edit: Oh, I see why you found the wrong one. The name is Nishihara, not Nishihama.
