I love how they had gokai jet upside the whole time they showed it

but, isn't this a little old news? unless china is behind a few years

They are usually a year or so behind the Japanese release, they're still airing Double I'm pretty sure

They were behind by two or three years. But then they skipped Goseiger and went straight to Gokaiger. They just dub over the voices. But they are a bit like the Japanese airing in that they are (for the most part) on once every week and once a series finishes they immediately move onto the next series. But this week due to unforeseen circumstances there was no Gokaiger so ep 2 will have to wait next week. Apparently.
