Shin Kenjuushi France Five (formerly Juushi Sentai France Five) is a fan-made tokusatsu series created in France as an homage to Super Sentai. The first episode went online in 2000, but most people consider episode 2 to be the true debut due to the change in costume design. Like Super Sentai, France Five has its own motif, which is based on French culture. The opening and ending themes of the first three episodes were based on those of Choudenshi Bioman and Choujin Sentai Jetman, respectively. In episode 4, famed anime/tokusatsu singer Akira Kushida (Taiyo Sentai Sun Vulcan, Uchuu Keiji Gavan) recorded an original opening theme for the show. To date, a total of four episodes were released from 2000 to 2004, ending in a cliffhanger. Reportedly, the final episode will be released this year. "France Five, En Garde!" Official Site

Been anticipating the final ep. My favorite thing about this series is how it progresses technically with each episode. The improvements being quite drastic (and dramatic) at times. It's a shame it has to even end.

The only really sad thing about this series is that it never ended properly. Episode 5 was never produced. That was very disappointing.
