There are only ten Jyudenryu that can grant a human the bravery to be a Kyoryuger. So it makes sense that we only get ten rangers.

That is true. While Deinochaser, shown as a Yellow Zakutor in the flashback, exists in modern day as the two little raptors that form the motorcycle, there can't be a yellow. Well, technically there just can't be any more unless the other Zyudenryu are revived and picked partners. That being said, that'd be one hell of a finale, but at the same time, probably won't happen due to the budget (both CGI related and the cost of the suits.)

Since the Guardians look so much like Volataurs they already have now, the CG wouldn't be that expensive. And the suits they use could just be repaints of the ten Kyoryugers.

Not really. They'd still have to make the actual suits. Repainting a suit doesn't magically make a duplicate of the original at the same time

And Kyoryuger has 11/10 Rangers (Depending on your stance whether Deathryuger qualifies)

Going with my idea for Futabain, this team is supposed to be 24/25 rangers. It depends on if Futabain would accept twins (s/he duplicates the user of the battery, this is why I think twins) or not.

So yeah, how would they manage a cast THAT big? Plus, given that each ranger has to have a one-word color, this makes it a tad difficult.
