so the reson behid this thread it i help admin a one piece page on facebook and the main boss admin there asked for a some thing big idea that, whould be great for page, so i surggested a Podcast but i need few tips from people who run one ever week or so or month for tips and a break down on steps what be the best way to do it. the page i admin on facebook is a one piece page called Makino

I used to make Podcasts for the media side of Uni, it's pretty basic to do well as long as you pay for the right equipment as it doesn't matter how interesting your words are, if your editing is so choppy the conversation doesn't flow or that you're popping so hard I can barely hear you.

In terms of personal taste, I generally prefer listening to the faux unscripted podcasts. Having a structure, and professional editing is a must - don't do it over Skype and leave in the sounds of you typing on your keyboard, but the worst kind of podcasts are where it sounds like people are reading off of a script.

yea the skype bit going to be the hard one due to some of the other admin live in other country that might be hosting with me

Skype is one of the worst ways to do it, since the audio quality will be crap, it'll be dropping out all the time. The only real way I round that I suppose is to record everything you're saying locally and then splice it all together at the end but that'll be a pain in the ARSE.

yea i know what you mean i have got a skype call recorder so fare skype has not been drop ill be eding it so if it does drop i just continue were we left off then splice it togater. but its really the only way i can do it.
