Just seems like a typical "joke of the week" thing for ToQger to be honest. I'd be surprised if there's anything more to it.

Well, I'm just gonna say it, but there is still a ToQ-0 identification on the Ressha control panels. Even in Tei-Oh. People explained it before as being representative of the ToQ Oh transformation. But that wouldn't make any sense in the Tei-Oh since it has no transformation/combination named ToQ Oh.

If it is just something silly and fun I want 100 to be the Conductor & 0 be Wagon

Looks like they are just playing the thing as a joke. 0 and 100 are just Right and Kaguras Suits with new numbers so its probably not new full fledged characters.

Yeah this is what I also think. I noticed that it's ToQ -100 and not just 100. Sounds like their imagination have been drained by the pen monster or something. The two with the strongest imagination are drained, makes sense.
