There has bee a few complaints about the fact that the Energy Riders all use the same weapon (Sonic Arrow). My question to everyone is what weapons would you of given them?

I can only think of two for now:
Kamen Rider Sigured- Axe. Fits with his Viking motif
Kamen Rider Marika - Scimitar. Same as with Sigurd, it fits with her motif.

Sigurd was a sneaky shit, so maybe like a sonic rifle so he could pick people off from afar or a set of wires he could use as deadly traps.

Duke should have gotten a giant ass field cutting sword which covers his whole back and is as long as his body. In contrast Shin Zangetsu should have gotten an elegant katana.

I agree with lock on Shin Zangetsu. Him with a very well made and elaborate/fancy katana would have been a great sight for the eyes. Though since his original form utilized two weapons, why not repeat that idea and give him twin kodachi blades? With Duke being called exactly that, I think he should have gotten a mace or an axe, maybe even a halberd. Marika is fine with the bow and arrow, Sigurd could have either a gun (like Locke suggested) or a crossbow for some variety.

Duke would have suited a rusty, blood crusted mace that he could drag along the ground as the twisted metal showers sparks.

Also it woulda been cool if Sigurd got little wrist mounted crossbows with trick arrows of his own design.

Because I was bored, I slapped together a little something in MS paint to show the basic idea.

Sigurd is a Viking so a big old Viking axe, of course.



Marika is an Arabian themed warrior so a pair of curved swords is in order. I think Shotels are the best choice because you can give them a peach shape.


An European king was the bases of Duke's design and I see a bit of King Arthur in there. Thus he should have an Excalibur knock-off. Not the real thing because he's a villain and because his weapon needs to be a lemon....get it?



I'd probably leave Shin Zangetsu with the Sonic Arrow if someone had to have it. Otherwise, just a variant on the Melon Defender. It was the perfect weapon for a melon anyways.

I was talking to Paladin and he mentioned a flail would be good for Sigurd. I got to playing with some parts and came up with the weapon below (It's just slapped together). Change the mace heads to red and the chain to green and I see an awesome cherry/Viking weapon there.

I agree, but being Energy, I would've made them laser weapons.
