In 2017 do you guys think Takeru Satoh will be available to have a den-o Renuion? Also do you guys think the den-o cast will reunite in 2017 since it's their 10 year anniversary.

I don't have my doubts we'd get a Den-O movie featuring the Imagin, Owner, and Naomi.
But Satoh returning? Nah. I don't see it. They're basically fine with Momotaros being Den-O now, anyway.

I wouldn't be against his return, though.

I'm pretty sure they will never totally stop making Den-o films so its bound to happen eventually, I'm doubtful we will see Ryoutaro's actor again though.

I wouldn't rule out the possibility entirely but I would also take a very healthy dose of skepticism on the prospect. Takeru Satoh & Yuriko Shiratori are both very far removed from the franchise at this point. He could maybe return given the right circumstance, but I doubt she ever would after her injury & departure from the show. While Kohana's actress could return I doubt that would be much of a draw. So if you take Ryotaro & both Hanas out of the equation you're left with Yuichi Nakamura, Yuto. While he has made new appearances as recently as Super Hero Taisen GP & the Kamen Rider 4 specials, him headlining a Den-O reunion with the Imagin wouldn't quite be the 10th anniversary we've all hoped for. Unless he literally becomes Den-O or something.

As is I'd like to see a reunion happen more than just about anyone. But with the primary actors having moved on for the most part, I wonder how viable such a reunion could be.

No, except for when his career suddenly ends for some odd reason. He hasn't been free for years, so I doubt he will be anytime soon.
And no, they are probably doing other stuff at the time, be it acting or private business.
The voice actors, sure, they are always available.. The actors themselves, most likely not.

Pretty much this.

Voice actors are easier to get since their profession is closer to the realm of anime, games, toku, etc. unless you are one of those rare breeds that only do documentary narrations and foreign film dubbings or the show left a bad butt mud stain on your career.
Live action actors probably not so much and even if they want to they do not have final say since it all depends on their agency.
If they think it is a nice move for the actor to make in their career, in this case more exposure or growth in honing their skills, they would tell them to go for it.
That is why in Japan they tend to start rookie actors in toku or those live action adaptation of manga or anime to hone their skills.
The only way for Sato to return from the way I see it is most likely if:
1. His career is slow and needs some hype
2. Has enough power to make his own calls and really wants to make it happen

I do find it hard for a reunion mostly because Kohana's actress left show biz so that she can enjoy a regular teenage life and get through regular education, Original Hana's actress had stuff going on at the time which lead to her leaving from what I heard, Kai coming back from the dead is probably hard since Ishiguro is a big time actor as well, Sakurada may not be as big as Sato but seems to have a decent career of his own.
And Sato is slowly dropping the pretty boy act these days from the looks of it and naturally so.
Den-O has been a huge nitrous oxide boost to his career and I am sure his agency thinks that too but his career has grown so much to only care for that show only.
People probably have a better chance at getting a royal straight flush at a card game or catch mewtwo with a safari ball for now.

Well, there is always Takuya Mizoguchi. It's not like Toei would have to struggle to get hold of him again.

Yes, he is a worthy alternative and has taken over for Sato very well for that movie with Decade, but a Den-O reunion without Sato seems pointless.
And let's not kid ourselves, we all know that the majority want that bumbling unlucky young man acted by Sato who one day was lucky enough to pick up a transit pass and be a hero.
And I strongly think that nobody can do THIS FORM BELOW any justice than Sato himself(of course Takaiwa gets all the credit but still).
