Depends, if we still have Metal Heroes like Shaider, Spielvan and Metalder.

Any "new" footage would just be the Space Sheriff Revival, unless Ninja Steel uses the Jiraya episode and just says he's a new VR Trooper.

Otherwise, Toei would have to get off their puts and make something entirely new for Saban to have something to adapt off of.

Even if there was new Metal Heroes to base a new VR Troopers off of I doubt Saban will do it for I don't see it doing to well here. You would have better chance of getting an adaptation of a Chinese or Korean Sentai.
