Kamen Rider Kiva: TV vs Novel?

Hard to find something good in Kiva. What do you all think?

Novel disappointed me with no Basshaa & Dogga. How would Kiva gain those forms & weapons!?

Even in series, films, books, et cetera I dislike I’m still able to find at least one thing I like, whether that be a story arc, a memorable character, music, animation or special effects.

He didn't. Kiva had no alternate forms in the novel - not Garulu, not Dogga, not Basshaa, not Emperor.

Never read it but I imagine it is not too different from Inoue's Faiz reimagining novel where it reads like an 8th grader's ode to all things edgy, more gore and more adult themes.

Kiva makes me so angry, I loved the themesong and the suits, but then they hired the brainless idiot who should have been blacklisted after agito to write the thing.

So much wasted potential, such a shame they haven't redone it.

Inoue deserves to be rider kicked in the face for every show he has butchered

Yeah. Kiva doesn't feel like a real vampire series. No Castlevania vibes.
