DX SSSS Gridman Revealed!

At Summer Wonder Festival, Goodsmile revealed a sample of their SSSS Gridman. More on it's release in the future, for now enjoy these photos taken from the event.

So the truck/tank is the arms, drill tank is the torso armor, and the jet is the legs. Now will these be able to combine or are they just their own toys.

Since this is the "DX" version, it likely includes the vehicles that for God Zenon/Thunder Gridman 2.0. The regular [non-DX] release should be less expensive and include just the Gridman figure and accessories.

They likely combine and make armor for him in a bigger combined mode, you can see elements of internal engineering in that wouldn't be there if they didn't.

Question though...I'm not totally in the loop as far as outside KR/SS is concerned, would you all consider Gridman an Ultraman?

Not really. It definitely is inspired by Ultraman, no doubt about that, but it is its own thing and is categorized as part of the non-Ultra Tsuburaya giant heroes, such as Mirrorman, Fireman, etc.
