I hope it takes some ques from the manga. My ideal version of Black is an inbetween of the live-action show and the manga.

I also wonder if it'll be a movie or a mini-series?

It's a series aimed at adults according to the English translation. Probably a late night toku would be my guess.

So this will be to Black what Amazons was for Kamen Rider Amazon?

I wonder if they can fit in a cameo from Tetsuo Kurata. Or Rikiya Koyama.

Unlike Amazons, it's a full-on remake. The director directly mentions how he's going to reboot Kotaro and Nobuhiko's story.

I'm absolutely sure Kurata will show up in some form, even if it's like Ban Daisuke's cameo in Kikaider Reboot. Koyama maybe not since he's tied in with Black RX.

Now THIS I didn't see coming, and with all of the Black stuff that's been dropping this year, I can't see HOW I missed this!?

Anyway, this is very exciting! I'm guessing (from what people are talking about here) it'll be more akin to Garo than Amazons, but I like the sound of this. In fact, I'd be down for a Stronger reboot, to be perfectly honest.

They can just make a upscaled version of the SIC Black figure as the suit for all I care. My wish has been answered.
