Hey folks,

Wasn't really sure where else to go about this but has anyone else had issues with Japan Post not sending stuff? I've had a backlog of Saber WRBs apparently sitting in Tokyo from AmiAmi for nearly a month at this stage (last update was the 9th) and I can't get through to the post office's phone.

I wouldn't have minded only I ordered Primitive Dragon from HobbySearch and that's already been updated past "posting/collection"

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated, this order was sitting for months because of shipping issues to Ireland.

I'm not the pro when it comes to these, but I have to ask which shipping service did you use? SAL, EMS, DHL?

Cuz if iirc, SAL and EMS are pretty troubled when it comes to putting stuff out for a while now, especially now, Japan isn't in good shape either.

Heard no problems from DHL yet tho, apart from pricing.

Still hasn't come due to restrictions.

At the time the only one they had going to Ireland was air packet or EMS, I had to get onto them to change to either of those so I went for air packet for pricing reasons.

Honestly I was afraid it was just me, we've been fairly crap at handling the pandemic and I know Japan went into lockdown again a while back so I figured it had something to do with that.

I also had a package from ami shipped to me using JP post in February right before things halted, still haven't gotten it. Unfortunately I didn't get a tracking number due to the shipping method I chose. Contacted ami and IIRC, worst case the post office returns it back to them and I am given to option to choose another shipping method

Ah fair fair, yeah I might get in contact with them. Technically I ordered this in January as a back to college treat and now we're nearly at the end of the semester XD
