A few of my friends have become interested in watching the Showa Rider series. I found a filler list for Ichigo on reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/KamenRider/...ssmf&context=3) but it's the only one I could find for the entire franchise, so I definitely haven't been able to find any Showa ones. Can anybody help?

If you're expecting any Showa show to have some big overarching narrative then boy do I have news for ya.

I've seen them all, I know they don't necessarily have an overarching narrative (except Black/Black RX). But it's been so long since I've seen them that I don't really remember what episodes are "plot relevant"; i.e introduce new characters, major villains (generals/leaders), villain groups, powerups, and those that have important fights/plot developments.
