Did he even use the Guard Vent in the show? I hope he comes with a non-battered version of the deck; his out of place bear logo looks horrible with those marks in it.

Don't worry about that, in most of the photos he has his regular deck.

Scissors/Incisor is looking great. His design is just too good for how weak and lame he was in both series. I'd definitely consider him a heavy among the Riders (no reason any one Rider should be weaker than the other anyways, other than Odin/Wrath, of course).

Also, anyone know the cheapest site to Web Exclusives? I've found one that seems decent, but I just want to make sure since I've yet to buy an exclusive and don't want to risk aftermarket prices like those of Gai.

I like that he comes with the battered deck, but poor old Scissors is still a pass from me.
