Sad news for those hoping that Jen, the Pink Ranger from Power Rangers Time Force, would be returning for a cameo in the upcoming Power Rangers Super Megaforce season.

Close friend of Erin Cahill, kalenabear posted the following message at our friends at RangerBoard:

Hung out with Erin (Jen, PRTF) last night and she confirmed that she'll be out of the country in the last two weeks of May (not in NZ), which is when Super Megaforce would be filming the cameos, per Fury's message. Then Erin sent me this today, referring to Tokunation's article,

It still sucks though. Erin Cahill is really really nice. I've seen her at cons a few times and shes a genuinely cool person. She would have been great to see back in the show

Hey guys. Thanks for keeping the fans up-to-date on all the Super Megaforce news. I'd like to say that these titles are kind of misleading, though. I know that you're not doing this intentionally, but "rejects" and "not interested in" (from the other thread about Erin's involvement) connote a certain elitist attitude that Erin does *not* have at all when it comes to her fans. She is fond of PRTF and especially loves her ranger fans. She tries to make any event/convention to please you all.

So Erin IS grateful and interested in Rangers, and would never "reject" her fans and the show that started her professional acting career. But, under the circumstances of the industry, I hope you'll understand why she can't make it! Just wanted to make sure that the rhetoric used here doesn't translate to how much she genuinely cares for you all.

Now, to answer Kickback's question... As a hardcore PRTF fan myself, I would have loved to see Jen return especially if Jason Faunt is rumored to be back, as well. Producers really need to give us closure on Wes & Jen, yep!

for all the bru-ha-ha going on here.....Erin Cahil is a "real" actor. now I don't mean any insult to any other person involved with the show, but she already had a heck of a resume before and after. only Johnny would match her in resume count success.

i would argue that archie kaos resume is just as good. csi is hige and was probably cbs biggest cash cow during kaos run on there(is he still on? havent watched since grissom left)
