How reliable is CD Japan?

Title pretty much sums it up. I want to order some music CDs off of CD Japan, and I wanted to know how reliable they are.

Never bought from them before, but I hear they're pretty reliable. Worth looking into, but you may want to get one or two more opinions.

My only (minor) issue with CD Japan is that sometimes their shipping can be a little high. Other than that, I think they're great. I've been ordering from them for years and I continue to place a regular calendar order from them every year. I've never had a single cause for complaint.
