Has anyone bought from this website before and if yes have you experienced any problems.
I pre-ordered SHF Renewal Black and Battle Hopper from them (they require payment upfront). I also ordered a Back-Order item from them on 14th October. this is their explanation of Back order items is anyone doesnt know "the item is not in stock. As we are based in Kuramae Taito-Ku (next to Bandai HQ) the center of the wholesale toy business we can easily get the items from our local suppliers. In case we cant we will cancel and refund your order." So, the thing is before I opened a Paypal dispute on the 27th November I emailed and messaged them via the Contact Us many times and I never got one reply. I have also paid shipping for Black and Battle hopper, but, they have still not shipped it. They have not replied to my messages on the paypal dispute file, but, they cancelled my Back-order order and they have not contacted me about it or refunded me either. So, now they have not refunded me the Back-order order and I have paid for my SHF order + shipping which they are not shipping; and are not replying to me either. |

I haven't heard many things about them that haven't been negative. Most of those were people complaining about getting only getting a certain percent refund on cancelled preorders and being told that items were out of stock after preordering, so your situation sounds different. If they stopped answering your emails over a significant period of time, then PayPal dispute sounds like your best option.
Also, when did you pay for the SHF shipping? I imagine early November, in which case that's pretty much covered with the PayPal dispute. Did they normally take a long time to respond to the emails that you did get a reply to? |

Ive heard of them and know plenty of people over on full metal hero forums that have bought from them without trouble. Im guessing this is just one of those times where things havent run smooth and they f***ed up. Id settle it through paypal, at the end of the day, get your money back and forget about them, plenty of other retailers to use.

Before I placed my SHF preorder I messaged them a few times via Contact Us and email and they replied within 24 hours most of the time; sometimes even a few hours providing I sent them in the morning (UK time). They just decided to not reply to my emails and messages, when I ordered that back-order item and asked for a refund like their website says if they cant get the stock (waited almost a month for it before i asked for a refund). The thing that pisses me off the most is that I dont have my Black and battle hopper (especially when i see it come and go a few times on Mandarake ever since it came out) ![]() ![]() ![]() |
