us kamen rider adaptation question?

would a successful toyline make a difference for us kamen rider adaptation?

because in dragon knight it was half assed, it was unsuccessful and masked rider was a complete disaster. if they adapted wizard and released all the toys would it make a difference?

The show might have been a disaster, but the Masked Rider toys were pretty awesome if you ask me.
