Burai's death in Zyuranger, definitely. That had a great build up to it and was greatly executed. I say the same more or less for Gai in Jetman as well.

Rio and Mele death was my saddest. They deserve last the whole season.

I think the saddest moment in SuSe for me lately was when Right left the other Toqgers behind in Subarugahama so they could be kids again.
It took me ages to recover from that, I really cried my eyes out about that and couldn't even focus on the Drive episode after that.
