Claw Ressha?

So I just saw something called a Claw Ressha and hadn't seen it listed anywhere before but lo and behold, there is a picture of this rumored auxilary ressha.

It is a reskinned Build Ressha, yes, and it is exclusive to Terebi-kun magazine. Probably will appear in the annual special DVD.

They will give an in-depth explanation about it on the September issue and then on the October issue you can get it as a freebie when you buy the magazine.
It also says in the scan that it will not be on TV and is a Terebi-kun original.
Also, it is a "legendary" ressha.
It doesn't say it will appear in the annual special DVD but who knows? Maybe they will say it will on the September issue.
