I was expecting them to do Black RX's other forms. This is a pretty random choice in my opinion.

Does feel like a missed opportunity though, not having a character who uses villain locks.

Shadow Moon's cool, but Great Leader's realllllly random. We don't have any other villain locks, so I see no reason for it to exist.
