So...in the Genesis trailer that aired before the episode, when they showed Boost Takeru was saying "Kamen Rider Ghost...to-san Damashii." So uh. That sounds rather plot-critical? We already know that Ryu is heavily involved in Genesis and that it's where Boost will debut. If the two are connected, then...

then...

then it's gonna be kind of awkward to introduce to the show? It's not like they can make Takeru get Boost twice. On the other hand, considering how gracefully they handled Newton, they may just throw it in with no explanation. Wouldn't be too surprising.

Speaking of dads, looks like Alan's was the one who sent Javelle. Alan: prince of the Ganma, confirmed, pretty much. Really wondering where his plotting is gonna lead.

Also, Takeru learns about Kanon, now we get to see the pay off of that whole "saving others vs. saving yourself" dilemma Makoto beat into him back in episode 5...

Anyway, preview shows Saionji with the 15 already, which is certainly peculiar. I guess that's just how good Javelle is (I'm guessing he's gonna go Superior on the two Rider's asses and steal all their eyes.)

edit: oh yeah also, when Kanon started talking Yurusen was like "hey it talked that's interesting it sounded like a girl i wonder if she's cute." Hands down the best part of the episode 11/10 give the puppet an oscar.

Was looking at a pic of Ghost tokon boost and notice he has two horns one long one and short one on top it really nice can't wait for it in show he the pic

Not a fan of Benkei's hammer, looks more toy-like than most weapons do in this series already. The Omega Drive was pretty sweet though.

Also glad to hear Specter's little theme play again.

Is it true that Yurusen was wondering if Kanon was a cute girl? I'm pretty sure that confirms that it's a boy despite a woman voicing him. Took me until they started subbing the references to Kyuumonn in Ninninger as "he" to realize that he is a dude. There goes my foxy lady joke I had about him from the first episode.

Even if Yurusen says that, I don't think it alone confirms anything at all.

I believe it's supposed to be Ryu's spirit providing in the Boost eyecon, likely disappearing at the end (especially considering it's a time shenanigans movie). Pretty sure he gets it somehow else in the series.

I have no idea why they bothered with the 99 days plot if it's only going to take ten episodes to resolve. All it's done is create weird pacing issues where weeks or months pass between episodes with nothing happening and the characters still thinking about the same things that happened 30-something days ago. Such a pointless and forced gimmick.

Also, Takeru's father comes off as the most generic idealist ever this week.
