Okay, someone correct me if I'm wrong, as I've only a passing knowledge of Garo, but is there an actual lore reason for there being no female Makai Knights? I keep thinking I've heard something about the armors only being usable by males which... oddly enough, is kind of rare.

Think about it, when was the last time there was a mystical power that was exclusively meant for men, rather than just having girls disbarred because "patriarchy." I can think of at least 2 anime just off the top of my head where the opposite is true, with several mythological examples as well, but none of the other.

Of course, I say this, but I'd still like to see a female Makai Knight myself, just because I think it'd look good if nothing else.

IIRC, it has to do with men and women representing Yin and Yang, with women representing the darkness, thus unable to use the armor.

New Zinga project? Yeah, I'm down for that, especially after the episode of Makai Retsuden that focused on his and Amiri's backstory.

Raiga movie? Down for that, too. There's still a lot of untapped potential in the Raiga timeline.

New cartoon? Well, two out of three ain't bad.

Yay, my Favorite Toku is still being active. The first anime series was good however, the second season or part was hot steaming garbage. I'll remain optimistic regarding the other announced projects. Personally, I don't care for Jinga but I would be open to watching something regarding him. Hopefully, we get to see his armor before becoming a Horror.
