Hello all. I am new here and new to Kamen Rider. I have a client that I wished to purchase a special gift for. He is an executive in Tokyo and told me that when he was a boy he loved Kamen Rider. We are talking like 1971! So can you guys suggest a really cool gift I can give him that will connect to his childhood? He remembers collecting the cards and the albums that hold them but like most childhood toys, long gone to the trash as he got older. |

For me, I would suggest an Ichigou SHF. Nothing like having our childhood figure right there with you. I might add that they aren't cheap. >_>

Matters on which version but yeah the classic will most likely cost more. Do you know which was his favorite rider?

Man he must be a real OG fan if he is to bring up cards which I assume are the Calbee snack cards, which were controversial for its popularity I heard(they were so popular that kids would ditch the actual snacks and only collect the cards). I think a SHF would be fine though asking him which rider is his fave could work too.

Thanks for the responses. I never knew about Kamen Rider until he brought it up. My guess is that he would respond to something cool and rare. Like figure from Kamen 1 and Kamen 2 with motorcycle or I saw some sheets of uncut cards from the early 1970's maybe I could get framed. Cost is not an issue as this is one of my best clients and has brought me a great deal of biz so I wanted to do something really nice for him that he would never expect.
