What scale are the S.H.Monsterarts figures?

The reason I ask is because I want to start making in scale City Dioramas for my Monsterarts figures. (think the awesome display sets displayed at SDCC last year)

So I thought the best place to ask would be here.
Any ideas?

Sachiel made a pretty decent case for them being 1/700 over on CT, in a picture review after Godzilla was reviewed.
