Ever see something on someone's car while stuck in traffic and start wondering where they got it from?

I have, but it also doesn't have to be in traffic either. Whenever I go in for a shift, I see Godzilla on one car, and Ultraman on another.

I've been wondering ever since where someone would find something like that, but I'm also not a car person who deals with accessories.

Is there a single good resource, or are there multiple resources? Are they official or fan-based?
