That said, I have doubts:

Reason #1: The date of the article posting.

Reason #2: The supposed "teaser trailer" included with the article.

That said, I think it's a joke which should be given life. The overall premise of a "Gosei Galleon" and a secret treasure which is weaved in and around Ten Gokaiger is interesting enough to warrant officiality!

Imagine a Gokai Galleon/Sky Ship with a gold redeco and a flag which bears the Goseiger/Megaforce emblem and a ship-on-ship battle. Could even work in some footage from the Ghost Ship Movie and Go-Busters VS. Gokaiger (both of which remain unadapted).
