They are stuck on pretty well, but with effort you could peel them off.

Explain to me: Why won't the Zord Builder System end? Why couldn't Bandai America import the originals? Why is Bandai America being run by Mr. Krabs? Why is Bandai America giving us limb-swapping that doesn't even happen in the shows? What stupid little kid is going to realize that NONE of this limp-swapping happens in any of the shows? Why aren't these things be aimed at both kids and adults? Why is Bandai America so cheap these days? Just why?

Well first off, importing the originals is REALLY expensive, not just for BoA but also for the consumer. The actual Kyoryujin would cost about or over $80 And we live in an economy where parents aren't going to spend that much on Megazord. Secondly, Zord Builder tests well with kids. And even if it never happens in the shows, it adds play value with older Megazords by adding new components to play around with, thereby adding another incentive to buy the new Zords.

Also, holding the Para Zord in one hand and Bunpachy in the other (I don't own Parasagun), one could look at Dino Charge as Kyoryuger's budget line.
