If Seihou were to get it, my big guesses for the top 5 would be Eternal, Kabuto Hyper, Gatack, Kuuga Ultimate and the Trychaser.

I'd honestly think SS Agito and Hibiki would make it into the top 5 since everyone who missed out or didn't collect back then would want to complete the 20 Heisei riders.

Oh, I was talking specifically about PB exclusives. If it included general retail the top 5 would be all main riders, no question.

Not gonna lie, with how much I've been enjoying Super-1 so far, I'd be very tempted to get a Seihou of him, should one get made.

Yeah that's tough because for the people that did know about Eternal his availability was very limited and commands a very high price on the aftermarket that continues to go up. He incorporated technology that's starting to become standard now in Shinkocchou Seihou releases.
