Not very often they haven't. And usually when they do it's a different type of figure rather than one that serves the same purpose from a direct competitor.

In terms of One Piece, you have a better chance getting figures out of Megahouse than GSC. I swear they're doing some sort of poseble Luffy.

The original 13 DBZ movie villains were hit or miss to me. If they ever make any SHF of the DBZ movie villains into figuarts then I would buy:

SSj Gogeta
Janemba
Coola's 5th form
Beerus
SSjG Goku

Hirudegarn would be cool if they choose to make him as a SHF or S.H MonsterArt figure. I don't care about the other DBZ movie villains that much in my opinion. Most of them were either boring or poor rehashes of other characters (Lord Slug and Super 13 come to mind).
